Use & suitability: The apartments are intended for quiet stays. Suitable for business travelers, fitters, short stays, and overnight stopovers. Not suitable for parties, celebrations, or loud gatherings.

House & location: The apartments are located in the basement of a multi-family house. Consideration for other residents is expected, especially during evening and night hours.

Occupancy: Maximum occupancy: 4 persons Overnight stays are permitted for registered guests only.

Smoking: Non-smoking property (including e-cigarettes). Smoking is only permitted outside the building.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.

Cleanliness & care: The apartments are fully furnished and well maintained. We kindly ask guests to treat the inventory and furnishings with care. Any damage must be reported immediately.

Departure: Please leave the apartment tidy and broom-clean upon departure. Waste must be disposed of according to the on-site instructions.

Car: Flintsbach am Inn is easily accessible via the A93 motorway. The "Brannenburg" exit is just a few kilometers away, allowing for a convenient arrival by car. Free parking facilities are available directly at the vacation apartment.

Train: Flintsbach railway station is only about a 5-minute walk away. From here, there are regular train connections to Rosenheim, Kufstein, and Munich. This makes using public transportation easy and convenient.
